Your adventure begins with a private transfer from your hotel or Luxor airport. Accompanied by a knowledgeable guide, you’ll explore the iconic monuments on Luxor’s west bank.
The journey starts at the legendary Valley of the Kings, famed as the royal necropolis where Tutankhamun’s tomb was discovered intact in 1922.
Next, visit the awe-inspiring Temple of Hatshepsut, a masterpiece carved into the cliffs, followed by a stop at an alabaster workshop to learn about traditional stone-carving craftsmanship.
Round off the tour with visits to the Colossi of Memnon and the sprawling Karnak complex dedicated to the god Amun-Ra.
After your tour, you’ll be transferred to your Nile sailing cruise in Esna. Dinner and overnight on El Hegz Island.

Arrive in the secluded village of Bassaw, home to around 500 residents. Here, locals cultivate fruits such as mangoes, bananas, and dates, living closely with the river. You’ll be warmly welcomed by a local family, offering the chance to discuss island life and girls’ education.
You may also join in making traditional sun-baked bread with the family.
End the day with dinner on the island, followed by an evening of Egyptian music and folk dancing.

After breakfast, visit the remarkable Temple of Horemheb at Gebel el Silsila, a unique and lesser-visited archaeological site.
