Your Lake Nasser adventure begins with a warm welcome at Abu Simbel airport or your hotel, followed by a private transfer to your luxury cruise ship. After a smooth check-in and lunch on board, set out to discover the extraordinary Abu Simbel Temples. These colossal structures, carved from a mountainside by Pharaoh Ramses II, were relocated in the 1960s to protect them from flooding created by the High Dam.
Take in the awe-inspiring size and symmetry of the Great Temple, as well as the smaller Temple dedicated to Queen Nefertari. Later, unwind on deck with tea and admire the serene views over the lake. Dinner and overnight stay on board.

Start your day with breakfast as the cruise heads north. From the deck, enjoy panoramic views of Kasr Ibrim—the last remaining Nubian fortress still above water, now an island as a result of Lake Nasser’s creation. While landing is not allowed, the distant view offers fantastic photo opportunities.
Disembark next to explore three remarkable sites:
Visit the Temple of Amada, the oldest monument around Lake Nasser, famed for its vivid wall carvings and tranquil setting. Continue to the Temple of Derr, a rock-cut sanctuary erected by Ramses II on the Nile’s eastern bank. Finally, see the Tomb of Pennut, a rare rock tomb of a Nubian viceroy, relocated from its original site to save it from flooding.
Return to the cruise for lunch. In the evening, enjoy a Nubian cultural show and a cocktail reception onboard. Sail overnight toward Wadi El Seboua.

Afterward, return to the ship and have lunch as you cruise onward to Aswan. The rest of the day is at your leisure as the ship glides along the tranquil waters of Lake Nasser. Overnight stay near Aswan.
