Itinerary
Day 1Arrival in Cairo – Start Your 8 Days Egypt Trip Package
Arrive at Cairo International Airport. Your Elevana Tours representative will greet you and assist with your luggage and formalities. Transfer by private vehicle to your hotel. Check-in and relax, enjoying your first evening in Egypt’s bustling capital.
Day 2Pyramids of Giza & Egyptian Museum
After breakfast, meet your private Egyptologist guide and head to the Great Pyramids of Giza — Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinos — and the enigmatic Great Sphinx. Continue to the Valley Temple of Giza. After lunch, explore the Egyptian Museum of Cairo, home to Tutankhamun’s treasures and world-class antiquities. Return to your hotel for the night.
Day 3Fly to Aswan & Begin Nile Cruise
Enjoy breakfast and check out. Transfer to Cairo Airport for your flight to Aswan. Upon arrival, visit the relocated Philae Temple on Agilkia Island and the modern engineering wonder of the Aswan High Dam. Later, board your deluxe Nile cruise. Lunch and dinner onboard as the cruise begins its northward journey.
Day 4Kom Ombo & Edfu Temples
After breakfast onboard, cruise to Kom Ombo to explore the dual temples dedicated to Sobek and Horus. Continue sailing toward Edfu, where you’ll take a traditional horse-drawn carriage to visit the Temple of Horus — one of Egypt’s best preserved ancient temples. Return to the cruise for dinner and overnight.
Day 5Luxor West Bank Exploration
Enjoy breakfast as you dock in Luxor. On the West Bank, discover the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Hatshepsut, and the monumental Colossi of Memnon. After touring, disembark and transfer to your Luxor hotel for overnight.
Day 6Luxor East Bank & Domestic Flight to Cairo
Begin your day with breakfast at the hotel, then visit Karnak Temple, one of the largest religious complexes ever built, followed by the elegant Luxor Temple. After touring, transfer to Luxor Airport for your flight back to Cairo. Check-in at your hotel and enjoy the evening at leisure.
Day 7Free Day in Cairo
Today is yours to enjoy at your own pace. Optional experiences include exploring the historic Khan el-Khalili Bazaar, visiting additional museums, or enjoying a Nile dinner cruise (not included). Relax and soak in Cairo’s vibrant culture.
